1、Theory
Silver has been proven as a natural bactericidal material. However, since the buckle silver lacks surface activity, it is necessary to add a large amount of silver to get the effect of sterilization, which makes it lack cost efficiency in the production process, the usage and the appearance. These shortcomings well be greatly improved if the size of buckle silver can be reduced to nano-scale. After the silver is nanosized, these nanoparticles obtain high chemical activity owing to the scarcity of surface atomic coordination which provides it substantial increase in surface potential energy. Moreover, the smaller the particles are, the more amounts the atoms will be exposed to the surface, and the stronger the bactericidal ability will be.

First of all, coats nano-size inorganic silver ions with special base material to make it a powdery material with high temperature resistance and fine chemical durability. Secondary, add powder into plastic such as TPU, PET to produce master batch. The silver irons within the master batch have good antibacterial effect against E. coli, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

6、Precautions
Keep away from sunlight. Avoid inclusions such as Cl-, NO3-, which tend to react with silver ions.
